Does the customer understand or…?

When politicians fail to convince voters about the excellence of his party's ideas and ideology, it is customary to argue that the message was not presented correctly - or that voters do not understand. After working in the air conditioning industry for almost a full career, I wonder sometimes why everyone does not see things the same way I do. For some it is that “they know best”, how things should be done and how the perceived problems should be solved?
